Beyond Redline will be open on Saturday June 18 and would like to welcome all automotive enthusiasts to join us for the day! We will be running both our dynos at special rates, as well as showcasing some of our signature vehicle builds. There will be food and beverages available for purchase. We will also have a racing simulator setup for some driving fun and we have a few Team Associated RC Drift Car’s to play with. We have arranged for plenty of extra parking so bring your ride to show. We look forward to seeing you there!
Thanks to everyone who made the Summer of 2015 amazing! Things got kicked off early in April with the NEW Motorama show at the Brown County Arena. We followed that up with our largest Dyno Day ever in May. The James Gang track rental in July was an amazing day and the inaugural Track Attack in August was a huge success. As we look forward to 2016 we hope to make each of these events bigger and better.
Everyone at Beyond Redline would like to wish all our customers a happy and safe holiday season! We appreciate your business throughout the year and look forward to serving you in 2015!
For the remainder of 2014 we will be closed to the public for inventory. Please feel free to email us during this time period if you need to reach us. We will re-open with regular business hours on Monday January 5th.

In the early 90’s there were two GM trucks that struck fear into street racers across the country. GM had done the unthinkable and taken two very pedestrian vehicles and transformed them into unsuspecting sleepers. The GMC Typhoon and Syclone were based on the S-15 pickup and Jimmy. However they were outfitted with a turbocharged 4.3 V-6 and AWD. This combination equated into some of the fastest production trucks ever built.
In our customer’s case this lethal combination of traction and power wasn’t enough. In order to satisfy his need for speed we replaced the factory V-6 with an modern LS based V-8 engine. As if that wasn’t enough we added a monstrous Kenne Bell supercharger system complete with methanol injection. The driveline is fortified with a 12 bolt rear end, 4L80E transmission and beefed up factory transfer case. The end result is an earth shattering 708 Ft Lbs of Torque and 617 Horsepower. This street driven, stock appearing truck can click off 10 second 1/4 miles times with ease.
This vehicle build was featured in the February 2010 issue of GM High Tech. You can read the complete article here: 1993 GMC Typhoon – No Replacement For Displacement

Michael asked us to do a project for him where we would blend old school muscle with modern age technology. He wanted a car that would closely resemble the one featured in the movie Two-Lane Blacktop, yet have modern amenities such as fuel injection, electronically controlled transmission, and can bus dash. The result was awesome. We started with a big block Chevy engine that displaces 540 cubic inches, added a Whipple 8.3L supercharger, AEM engine management, churned through a 4L80e transmission, to a 9 inch rear end. The result? An earth turning 1,125whp, on 91 octane gasoline. This project allowed us to put our car building skills to the test. Almost every part of this car was custom built including the cooling, exhaust and electrical systems. Additionally the fuel injection and engine management wiring was done in house.
